Product Returns and Free Return Policy

At AH SADDLERY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of horse saddles and equestrian products. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy that allows you to return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and convenient return process for our valued customers.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Saddles must not show signs of wear or use, and the girth must not have been tightened.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via ahsaddlery.com or +91-6393080523 to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item(s) to be returned, including all original accessories and documentation.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Free Return Shipping:

We are pleased to offer free return shipping for eligible items within the 30-day return period. Please note that return shipping costs will be covered by AH SADDLERY when you use the provided return label.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow 48 working hours for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Refunds will be for the item's purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling charges.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange process. Any price differences between the original and exchanged items will be handled accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Used saddles or girths with visible marks or hair.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or with any manufacturing defects, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.
